Shipping policy

Next working day UK delivery

Any orders placed before 3:30 pm on Monday-Thursday for locations within the UK qualify for next-day delivery and will be shipped on the same day. On Fridays, any orders placed before 3:30 pm are shipped the same day and will arrive on Monday, whilst those made after 3:30 pm are shipped the following Monday and are expected to arrive the following Tuesday. This excludes delivery to Northern Ireland, which can take up to 2-3 working days.

All UK orders priced at £10 and above qualify for free delivery. For UK orders totalling under £10, a £4 shipping charge will apply.

 

International (EU & Channel Islands) CBD Delivery

Due to technical limitations, Vitality CBD is only able to ship orders to the Channel Islands and select EU countries at this time. All non-UK orders will be shipped on the same day if placed before 1 P.M. Monday-Friday, or shipped next working day if placed after the 1 P.M. cut-off time. We are unable to guarantee any delivery times for non-UK deliveries.

EU countries we ship to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

All non-UK orders priced at £80 and over qualify for free delivery. For non-UK orders totalling under £80, the customer will pay the cost of shipping, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any import taxes and fees depend on each destination country's local regulations and order total - these will not show as part of the shipping calculation and, if applicable, may be charged only after the parcel arrives in the destination country.

We always do our best to ensure predictability in our commitment to you. However, as each country's CBD regulations can sometimes change or be interpreted unexpectedly, we cannot take responsibility if any particular country's customs officials and enforcement officers deem it necessary to impose additional conditions on processing CBD deliveries, such as adding fees, delays or requesting more documents.

Returning Gummies

We only guarantee to process a return if the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. The shopper has the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by Vitality. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away. Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened and unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with Vitality CBD before the product is returned.
